How access is switched on and off, how reviews are verified, how refunds and disputes work, and how to get back anything you have bought.
Checking the policy revision in effect.
Two different facts decide whether you can get in. We show you both, and we never merge them into one word.
A destination replying "done" is not the same as us seeing it. We only call access live after we have looked at the destination itself and can tell you when. Until then it reads as still setting up, never as ready.
The membership your purchase says you should have. It changes the moment your payment, your renewal or your cancellation changes.
What we actually saw the last time we looked at Discord, Telegram, your licence key or the seller's webhook, together with the time we looked. Each destination is checked on its own, so one can be live while another is still catching up.
Five steps, in order. Every one of them is visible on the purchase in your library.
You pay
Your order is recorded with the offer you chose and the price you actually paid.
We set access up
Each destination on the product gets its own instruction: add the Discord role, send the Telegram invite, issue the licence key, or call the seller's webhook.
We check the destination
We go back and look at the destination itself, then record what we saw and the time we saw it.
Access reads as live
Only once what should be and what is live agree. Until then your library says setting up or invite sent, never ready.
It keeps being checked
We look again on a schedule. If something drifts, a role removed by hand or a permission lost, you find out here instead of at the door.
Removal is automatic. You do not have to ask for it, and the seller does not have to remember to do it.
The words your library uses, in full. Open one to read it.
A review here is tied to a real purchase. It is not open to anyone who happens to have an account.
We do not show ratings, counts or quotes that did not come from a purchase on this platform. A product with no reviews yet shows none.
Refund terms are set by the seller and stated on the product. What follows is how the mechanics work once a refund or a dispute starts, whatever those terms say.
If money has already been paid out to the seller or to an affiliate when a refund or chargeback lands, it is recovered from them afterwards. Your refund does not wait for that recovery to finish.
You ask
Contact the seller from the purchase in your library, or open a dispute with your payment provider. Both routes reach us.
It is reviewed
A refund, a dispute and a chargeback are three different cases and are tracked separately, each with its own state and its own evidence deadline.
It is decided
The outcome is written against the purchase: refunded, reversed, won, lost or closed. Nothing is deleted from your history.
Access follows the money
A completed refund or chargeback removes the access it paid for, automatically, at every destination on the product.
One payment from you, several parties behind it. Each amount stays a separate number from the moment you pay.
This section describes mechanics only. Who you contract with, and how tax is handled, are set out in this instance's terms; nothing here adds to or changes them.
One account covers every seller on this platform. You never need a separate login per store.
Sign in with the same account you bought with. Everything you have bought here sits under it, whichever seller you bought it from.
Open your library. Every purchase is there with its current status and, for each destination, when it was last checked.
If something looks wrong, ask for a re-check on that purchase. It looks at the destination again instead of trusting the last answer.
Cancel a membership from the same place. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If it still is not right, contact us from the purchase itself, so the order and its history travel with the message.
